The Shia Bilal Community is among the leading blood donors in Tanzania. During Ashura and Wafat of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W). Blood donation camp is been held in our BMMT centers more than 150 units of blood are been donated in the name of Imam Hussein (A.S).
Bilal community were also involved in WF awareness campaign ‘#HussainSavesLives’ by giving blood in the name of Imam Hussain (a.s) and save life.
Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania (BMMT) is a charitable and nonprofit organization involved nationally in the propagation of Shia faith ofIslam and offers services in the field of education, medical treatment and social services.
